If you prefer, you can also call (512) 458-5350, email Haus5350@greystar.com, or chat with our live chatbot and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

2 months of the most recent pay stubs, a signed offer letter within 1 month of start date, or three most recent bank statements that show a total of 3X your base rent times the full term of your lease, or notarized tax returns from the last 2 years

  • Guarantor - 5x the monthly rent in gross income
  • Co-Signer - income is combined with the primary applicant, must meet 3x the monthly in gross income
Applicant must make at least 3 times the monthly rent in monthly gross income. Credit is not based off of a certain score. Our third party screening company looks at an applicant's entire credit history.

Applications can be completed online. Go to the Floorplans tab and click on the unit you are wanting to apply for, then Click "Lease Now" and follow the steps in the application portal. If you need assistance, contact the leasing team directly Haus5350@greystar.com.

Pricing Detail & Costs

Our security deposit starts at a minimum but can go up to a full months rent depending on the credit history.

Please refer to the fee sheet at the bottom of the "Floorplans" Tab. Utilities are an additional cost. Water/ Sewer will be added to your monthly rent while all other utilities will be paid directly to your provider, i.e., electric (Austin Energy) and internet.

Unless you have a reserved space, there is no additional charge to park in the covered garage.
If your pet is not an ESA, there is a one time non-refundable pet fee per pet, a one-time refundable pet deposit per pet, and a monthly pet rent fee per pet.
Rent is due on the first day of the month. Rent can be paid through the BILT portal using a checking account for no fee or a credit or debit card with a fee.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Full rent payment, Renter's insurance policy submitted, Austin Energy account number provided to office, and key-pickup time scheduled. The leasing team will reach out prior to move-in day to ensure all requirements have been submitted to ensure a smooth move-in process.
No. However we partner with CORT if you are interested in furniture rental options.
We do not allow subletting per the lease agreement. Lease transfers are approved based on the same leasing requirements as a new lease and will be subject to paying the application fee as well as having a background check run before being added to the existing lease.
A 60 day notice to vacate MUST be submitted in order to remain complaint with the lease. Failure to do so will result in accelerated charges.
Smoking is not permitted at Haus 5350, this includes the use of e-cigarettes.
